If you used PerfectMind to register for City of Walnut Creek classes or Walnut Creek Seniors Club membership, you have an account on PerfectMind. If a receptionist registered you for City of Walnut Creek classes or if you signed up for membership in the Walnut Creek Seniors Club using a paper form, you already have an account but don’t know the password.
If you are already a member, but don’t know your password, instruction #1 in the detailed instruction PDF will tell you how to retrieve it. New members to Arts + Rec or the Walnut Creek Seniors Club, please start at #1.
You can sign up for membership and also make a donation. Please read all instructions carefully.
Most of problems occur when entering your user name or password.
Enter your EMAIL ADDRESS and PASSWORD. Your User Name is your email address.
If you have no password (or if you forgot your password), click on “Forgot My Password.”
A temporary password will be emailed to you. If you cannot find the email, check you Spam Folder.
If there is no emailed password in your Spam Folder, you have probably entered an email address that is different from the one on file. If you have an alternate email address, try that. If that does not work, the solution is to start over by clicking on “New Member.” As you fill out the membership form, it is likely that the system will find your record while you type and present you with shortcuts.
The other issue that has occurred is that a person’s online account was not “activated”. In this case you will need to call the city staff at 925-295-1490.
Click on BOOK OR BUY. A drop-down menu appears and on it click BUY MEMBERSHIP.
A new page appears with a list of choices. Click on WC SENIORS CLUB – 2022 Then click on YOUR NAME and then click on CONTINUE .
You will see blanks in which you can enter your membership information. Then click on ADD TO CART. Don’t forget this step.
Proceed and pay for your membership with your credit card.
Instructions for Paying Your Dues by a Check
Due to delays everyone is experiencing in mail delivery, we encourage you to pay online by credit card. The Civic Park Community Center is closed for renovations, so you will not be able to register in person.
Your Membership Form must be included for processing.

- Fill out the form and include your $10 check (per member). Make check payable to: The City of Walnut Creek.
