Come in! The Seniors Center is open 10 am to 2pm.

The Center hours will be from 10 am to 2 pm, Monday through Thursday. During business hours there will be a City employee at the front desk to assist you.

We have been sponsoring regular zoom events, and have hosted a number of special programs on art, gardening, backyard birdwatching, etc. Some of these events will be moving to the center, and some staying on Zoom. Look to this website for the latest news, and confirm with your host.

Also, with the current Covid guidelines still in effect, before you can enter the building The City will have a health screening questionnaire that you can access from your smart phone or answer in person. There will be no restrictions in the building for social distancing but masks may still be required in the building depending on the regulations in effect. Things will be different but if we all show some patience, we can work this out fairly easily.

There will also be some changes in the way The Club does business. You must be a member of the Senior Club to attend our events. The drop-in fee for group meetings that used to be optional will be raised to $2 and will be required this year. The major change will be The Club going to an electronic system that will issue membership cards with a bar code to everyone that will allow you to enter the building and prepay the group drop-in fee. The membership card will be the electronic equivalent of an ID and a pre-pay punch card system. This is a complicated system and, to be honest, there will be a learning curve, both for you and us until we get the system working smoothly. So again, expect changes, expect some confusion and expect a return to normalcy soon.

2021 membership is open, and membership fees have been prorated to $8. Join us and receive a monthly newsletter. Register online to be sure you have your membership card when the Center opens. Or register in person during open hours and skip the lines. Watch this space for the latest news. Instructions for registering online and by paper form is on on membership page.
