On Zoom: Coffee Break Qi Gong

This ZOOM group is FREE and lasts approximately 11 or 12 minutes. Qi Gong involves gentle stretching in a meditative experience that build strength and provide the participant with a sense of well-being. The instructor, Bob Wolf, explains the movements as you go through the routine. The same movements are used each week, allowing people the chance to learn them.
